I’ve been trying to live healthy by quitting drinking and smoking, doing a bit of exercise, and replace the crappy food I eat with good food. It’s been about two and a half weeks now.
I wake up earlier, and as of today I don’t use the snooze button anymore.
The compound effect of all of this is quite unbelievable, if you’re not used to being healthy. Life feels good and easy. It’s brilliant.
